Staff Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships across Product, Engineering, Research, and Executive Leadership
• Manage and track program execution across multiple development teams to ensure successful, high-quality, on-time delivery
• Proactively communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and opportunities to senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience, with 3 years in software product development (SaaS, Web App, etc.)
• Ability to build frameworks to track and execute program direction
• Technical experience and knowledge of developing SaaS products grounded in modern web technologies and agile processes
• Passion for building partnerships and leveraging those to achieve success
• Self-driven and highly motivated work ethic
