Staff Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead critical product development initiatives for their Linear Generator.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex product development programs, ensuring delivery against technical, schedule, and business objectives
• Frame tradeoffs and resolve cross-functional conflicts to drive alignment on program-level decisions
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and external partners to provide program visibility and escalate risks proactively

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of program leadership experience in fast-paced hardware development environments; PMP certification is a plus
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
• Technical foundation in hardware or controls engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience driving products through the full development lifecycle, including design and manufacturing scale-up
