Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager, ML/AI Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, champion, and deliver high-impact cross-engineering initiatives for the ML/AI Platform
• Prototype AI-augmented tools and workflows to improve decision-making and operational efficiency
• Drive cross-functional alignment and communication to ensure timely visibility into priorities and program status

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management or related experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience leveraging GenAI for program planning, operations, and stakeholder communication
• Working knowledge of Machine Learning, GenAI, and systems engineering principles
• Strong ability to analyze organizational context and shape program roadmaps aligned to company strategy
• Demonstrated success influencing senior leadership and building trusted relationships across disciplines
