Staff Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute large-scale technical programs critical to the company's roadmap, focusing on model development and release cycles
• Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for high-level behavioral capabilities, managing integration efforts across teams
• Proactively identify technical risks and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies for high-priority issues

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role, particularly in safety-critical AI software or robotics
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Proven track record of managing large model releases and program delivery from concept to launch
• Experience in communicating progress, risks, and strategic recommendations to leadership
