Staff Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time Staff Technical Program Manager will manage high-impact programs related to search relevance and merchant AI, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting while ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key partners across Search teams to deliver impactful programs
• Define and drive Search, Relevance, and Merchant ML/AI programs, ensuring effective scope management and risk mitigation
• Lead day-to-day program management across product strategy, technical design, and experimentation

Required qualifications

• BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience with 7+ years in a technical or analytical role
• Strong technical breadth and judgment with the ability to identify risks and trade-offs
• Experience working with Search products at a detailed level is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to use GenAI for planning and program operations
• Proficiency in AI governance, risk assessment, and data handling
