Staff Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the guest and host experience, the full-time remote Staff Technical Program Manager will manage complex projects across multiple product surfaces, ensuring technical feasibility, aligning priorities, and driving projects from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop program scope and objectives, collaborating with stakeholders and driving projects end-to-end
• Manage Technical Design diligence processes and ensure effective communication on key decisions, status, and risks
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide visibility into key performance indicators for leadership

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the software development industry, with at least 7 years as a Technical Program Manager or in a relevant role
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with high visibility to C-suite executives
• Expertise in Machine Learning and Data Science, including managing evolving, real-time pipeline architecture
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive initiatives through ambiguity to detailed solutions
• Familiarity with task management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Airtable
