Staff Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving execution across Product and Engineering initiatives, the full-time Staff Technical Program Manager will own complex, cross-functional projects from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes while working remotely in designated states.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the current state of Product and translate findings into a multi-team execution roadmap
• Translate product strategy into detailed execution plans by collaborating with engineering leaders
• Own execution of the roadmap, managing dependencies and ensuring teams are prepared for launches

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in roles such as Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or Engineering Manager
• Proven track record of delivering complex Product and Engineering programs from inception to delivery
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams with demonstrated critical thinking
• Strong communication skills at the executive level, influencing senior leadership and technical teams
• Experience building end-to-end customer-focused products with an understanding of underlying technologies
