Job Summary

Focusing on cross-engineering special projects, the full-time Staff Technical Program Manager will identify, scope, and champion strategic initiatives to advance Pinterest's platform, while working remotely with occasional in-office collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic platform priorities into structured execution plans, ensuring detailed follow-through with engineering teams
• Influence product and platform roadmap decisions through data-informed perspectives during planning cycles
• Define and improve program management processes to enhance organizational execution and agility

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or related role, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI for program planning and stakeholder communication
• Experience in cloud architecture and systems, with knowledge of compute platforms and DevOps principles
• Strong analytical skills with a history of using data to mitigate program risks
• Proven success in influencing senior leadership and building trusted relationships across organizations
