Staff Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving complex technical programs, the full-time Staff Technical Program Manager will own strategic initiatives related to model development and release cycles, ensuring alignment among engineering leaders and stakeholders, while working remotely or in-office in Boston or Pittsburgh.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and execute large-scale technical programs critical to the company's roadmap
• Manage dependencies and drive integration efforts across teams for successful model launches
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to address high-priority issues

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role focused on safety-critical AI software or robotics
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully launching large, complex programs from concept to execution
• Experience managing large model releases and development lifecycles
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with leadership on program progress and risks
