Job Summary

Experienced in SOX compliance, the full-time Staff Technical Program Manager will lead strategic compliance engineering programs, modernize audit processes with AI-driven solutions, and manage cross-functional collaboration while working remotely with occasional in-office meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and translate risk and control objectives into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes across multiple teams
• Build operating mechanisms for program health, dependency management, and executive visibility on audits and control initiatives
• Modernize the SOX audit program by implementing AI-driven automated control monitoring to enhance efficiency and scalability

Required qualifications

• BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience with 7+ years in technical program management
• Expertise in SOX compliance and audit readiness within distributed engineering and business organizations
• Proven experience leading large, complex cross-functional technical programs with significant ambiguity
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage diverse control owners effectively
• Demonstrated AI-first execution mindset, utilizing GenAI to enhance program operations and decision-making
