Staff Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading and scaling cross-functional AI programs, the full-time Staff Technical Program Manager will manage AI initiatives that automate workflows and improve operational efficiency while collaborating with various business and technology teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee AI program intake and prioritization, translating business needs into program charters and delivery plans
• Lead end-to-end program execution for AI initiatives, ensuring governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
• Define and track program KPIs to monitor results and drive continuous optimization of AI programs post-launch

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, including leading large-scale cross-functional programs
• Hands-on familiarity with GenAI tools and workflow automation technologies
• Strong business acumen with the ability to define KPIs and evaluate ROI
• Bachelor's degree in technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and collaboration tools for managing technical programs
