Staff Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the program management framework for the Agent Cockpit platform, the full-time Staff Technical Program Manager will drive cross-functional execution to ensure compliance agents have reliable tools, while coordinating technical dependencies and managing operational risks in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage roadmap tracking, sprint planning, and cross-team delivery execution for the Agent Cockpit platform
• Coordinate technical dependencies and platform migrations, translating upstream changes into actionable internal delivery plans
• Lead launch readiness and operational risk management, ensuring security reviews and production approvals are completed effectively

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, particularly in platform or internal-tools environments
• Proven ability to manage engineering dependency coordination and API/interface migrations across teams
• Experience driving security reviews and operational risk workflows in production environments
• Background in regulated or compliance-heavy environments, working with internal users like investigators and agents
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or similar delivery frameworks, including managing technical backlogs and writing technical PRDs
