Staff Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional AI programs, the full-time Staff Technical Program Manager will manage AI initiatives to automate workflows, improve efficiency, and drive measurable outcomes while working in a hybrid environment with in-person collaboration on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee AI program intake and prioritization by partnering with stakeholders to define scope and delivery plans
• Manage end-to-end program execution, ensuring governance, risk management, and alignment across teams
• Establish and track program KPIs to optimize AI initiatives post-launch and ensure continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, specifically in large-scale cross-functional programs
• Hands-on familiarity with GenAI tools and workflow automation technologies
• Strong business acumen with the ability to define KPIs and evaluate ROI
• Bachelor's degree in technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and collaboration tools for managing technical programs
