Staff Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end program management of strategic initiatives for the Data Marketplace, the full-time Staff Technical Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive the software development lifecycle, and implement program health metrics, while working remotely or from locations in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage strategic initiatives from scoping through launch and optimization, ensuring clear accountability and success criteria
• Coordinate product and engineering work across multiple teams to align priorities, milestones, and risks
• Define and monitor program health metrics to drive continuous improvement and facilitate Agile ceremonies for high team engagement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a software product or platform environment
• Demonstrated experience working with Agile development teams and improving team processes
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to understand system architecture and data flows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to various audiences
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
