Staff Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Driving the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, the full-time Staff Technical Program Manager will manage cross-functional initiatives in hardware, firmware, and software integration while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex technical programs across web, mobile, and medical device platforms, ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage technical dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams
- Develop program dashboards and status reports, applying Lean and Agile methodologies to ensure predictable outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, particularly in healthcare technology or regulated industries
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs with measurable business outcomes
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience using program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Airtable
