Staff Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Driving the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, the full-time Staff Technical Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage technical dependencies, and ensure stakeholder alignment in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex technical programs across various platforms, ensuring successful execution from initiation to launch
- Facilitate technical discussions and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Develop and maintain program dashboards and status reports, tracking success metrics and stakeholder communication
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, particularly in healthcare technology or regulated industries
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate program risks while balancing scope, schedule, cost, and quality
