Staff Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
To own the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) execution model, the full-time Staff Technical Program Manager will design a framework, build measurement systems, and drive adoption across Product, Engineering, and Design teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and design a PDLC framework that aligns with organizational goals and establishes clear metrics for success
- Build a comprehensive measurement system to track work flow, identify bottlenecks, and ensure visibility of blocked tasks
- Drive stakeholder alignment and adoption of the PDLC model while navigating differences across various business units
Required qualifications
- Experience in designing or evolving a delivery framework or program management system
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through operational changes and gain stakeholder buy-in
- Track record of building measurement systems from ambiguous data and prioritizing problem-solving effectively
- Experience collaborating with Engineering on applied AI or automation projects
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
