Staff Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the deployment programs for new capacity and site expansions, the full-time remote Staff Technical Program Manager will manage infrastructure deployment from hardware vendor engagement to first customer cluster delivery while shaping the TPM function and coaching junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure deployment for new capacity and site expansions, including managing hardware vendor dependencies and defining commissioning gate criteria
• Deliver data-driven executive updates through real-time execution dashboards and govern cross-organizational dependencies
• Coach junior TPMs on technical depth and program execution while integrating AI tools to enhance program tracking and communication

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager with a focus on infrastructure deployment at a hyperscaler or AI infrastructure company
• Deep understanding of GPU and accelerator architecture, firmware lifecycle, and compute orchestration
• Proven ability to define and implement deployment engagement models from scratch
• Experience driving cross-organizational alignment at the VP/SVP level without formal authority
• Exceptional communication skills for delivering clear, decision-oriented updates to executive stakeholders
