Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for individual contributor and leadership roles in product and engineering
  • Develop and execute sourcing plans while maintaining communication with stakeholders
  • Drive the offer process and establish relationships with internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth environments, with at least 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles
  • Proven ability to source and close top-tier technical talent
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and serving as an advisor to leadership
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate pipeline health and inform decisions
  • Experience mentoring and developing recruiters and sourcers
