Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Technical Sourcer to join their technical recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel strategy for specialized technical roles including software and machine learning engineers
• Develop scalable sourcing systems, including search strategies and talent maps
• Partner with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and iterate based on feedback

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup
• Strong understanding of technical domains, particularly in sourcing ML and engineering talent
• Experience building inclusive sourcing practices and creating high-touch candidate experiences
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build systems from scratch
• Passion for scaling mission-driven companies and effectively pitching the company's vision
