Staff Technology Engineer
Job Summary
As a senior technical leader, the full-time Staff Technology Engineer will design scalable data solutions, establish engineering standards, and guide complex initiatives while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build scalable data pipelines and platforms to support analytics and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into secure and maintainable data capabilities
- Mentor engineers and influence the technical roadmap to improve engineering practices across teams
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in data engineering, including designing and building scalable data solutions
- Strong technical architecture skills with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs in complex systems
- Advanced proficiency in programming and data technologies such as Python, SQL, and cloud services
- Proven ability to lead cross-team initiatives and mentor other engineers
- Strong expertise in Databricks and experience with digital marketing use cases
