Staff Test and Failure Analysis Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging the Electronics and System Engineering teams, the full-time Staff Test and Failure Analysis Engineer will troubleshoot PCBA technical issues, perform failure analysis, implement corrective actions, and improve test coverage while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gain familiarity with Quantum Computer electrical and system designs
• Answer internal customer inquiries and troubleshoot customer problems
• Perform failure analysis on customer returns and internal yield loss

Required qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent
• 7 years of relevant experience in applications, test, and failure analysis
