Staff Threat Analyst

Job Summary

To protect the advertising ecosystem, the full-time remote Staff Threat Analyst will establish strategies, build detection playbooks, and define enforcement frameworks to combat advertiser fraud while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a multi-quarter vision for advertiser fraud detection and enforcement, prioritizing high-impact risks
• Conduct deep-dive investigations into complex fraud networks and drive root-cause analysis to prevent recurring abuse
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to translate findings into detection logic and automated enforcement pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in threat intelligence, ad tech safety, or platform integrity focused on ad fraud and financial crime
• Demonstrated experience building threat response frameworks in ambiguous environments
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and big data environments
• Experience using AI/LLMs for investigative purposes and collaborating with ML teams
• Deep functional expertise in digital ad ecosystems and ad-specific fraud archetypes
