Staff UI Engineer
Job Summary
To accelerate product delivery, the full-time Staff UI Engineer will work remotely across North America, focusing on building high-impact product features and frontend infrastructure while collaborating closely with the CEO.
Key responsibilities
- Own projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality software delivery that users love
- Design solutions that integrate seamlessly with the existing codebase and fill in gaps in product specifications
- Collaborate with team members through async communication, contributing to documentation, PR reviews, and knowledge sharing
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with modern frontend technologies, particularly React and TypeScript
- Proven track record of shipping user-facing features in a modern web application
- Ability to navigate and make progress in a large codebase with high agency and urgency
- Strong async communication skills and experience in remote collaboration
- Experience with design and implementation of high-performance user interfaces and data visualizations
