Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff User Researcher who will set the standard for research processes and drive impactful product and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive a research agenda across multiple product areas, identifying high-leverage questions
• Lead complex research efforts using various qualitative and quantitative methods to generate actionable insights
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to present research findings and translate them into business strategies

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, UX/UI, or a related field
• 6+ years of user research experience on digital products
• Proven track record of influencing product or business strategy through research
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience in fintech or financial services is a strong plus
