Staff User Researcher

Job Summary

Driving the research roadmap for consumer innovation, the full-time Staff User Researcher will lead foundational studies on food behavior, applying behavioral science frameworks to generate insights that inform product strategy, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage and drive the research roadmap, collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams
• Conduct generative research to understand consumer perceptions around food, nutrition, and health
• Translate research findings into actionable narratives that influence product development and strategy

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UX or consumer research within a product organization, particularly in early-stage innovation
• Strong background in behavioral psychology or behavioral economics, with expertise in habit formation and change
• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Exceptional storytelling skills, capable of turning insights into compelling narratives
• Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
