Staff UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff UX Designer to create intuitive user experiences for their Cancer and Expert Second Opinion products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and validate new user experiences through various UX artifacts
• Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes leveraging AI for mobile and web applications
• Conduct discovery research and usability tests while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in graphic design, HCI, UX, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in designing applications, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong aptitude for performing and synthesizing research
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Claude
• Excellent visual design skills, including typography and layout
