Staff UX Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a creative and experienced Staff UX Designer, the full-time position will focus on delivering exceptional user experiences in the health insurance industry while working in a hybrid environment that allows for both remote and in-person collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user-centered design strategies and identify pain points in enterprise workflows
• Plan and conduct user testing sessions to validate design decisions and mentor junior designers in the team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 3+ years of experience in a related field, or 5+ years without a degree
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and understanding of UX principles
• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD
• Experience with user research methods, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
