Staff UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff UX Designer for their Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional team to articulate the UX for buyers across various digital touch points
• Update the component library in the new brand
• Support self-service user research and usability tests to inform the creative process

Required Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of marketing experience design with commerce sites
• Experience with content strategy and platform design
• Fluency in analytics, usability tests, and various forms of research
• Demonstrated success in strategic and design thinking
• Expertise in system design, usability, analytics, user testing, a/b testing, and information architecture
