Staff UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff UX Researcher (12-month contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to align on research needs and define projects
• Identify and frame strategic problems, own the research lifecycle, and translate insights into product decisions
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate user experiences and synthesize findings into key insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in an applied research setting
• Experience with product research in end-to-end, usability, or generative settings
• Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
• Ability to own and drive the strategy and execution of end-to-end research programs
