Staff UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff UX Researcher to establish and operationalize research as a core product capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact generative and evaluative research for priority initiatives
• Build and maintain research infrastructure, including participant recruitment and research templates
• Train product managers and designers on research methods and provide coaching for team-led research

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX research experience with demonstrated impact on product outcomes
• Experience building or scaling a research practice in evolving organizations
• Strong command of generative and evaluative research methods
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate insights effectively
• Familiarity with AI-powered research tools and modern synthesis workflows
