Staff UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff UX Researcher.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bootstrap the UX Research function and strategy for B2B product offerings
• Translate user insights into strategic recommendations for go-to-market decisions and product roadmap strategy
• Conduct end-to-end user research studies, including planning, recruitment, analysis, and reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with B2B SaaS cloud products
• Experience researching the needs of engineer, analyst, and/or data scientist roles/personas
• 10+ years of experience conducting user research for software products
• A portfolio demonstrating the ability to extract actionable insights from qualitative and quantitative data
• Bachelor's degree or higher-level degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Anthropology, Information Science, or a related field
