Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Vice President of Information Technology - Digital Experience Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the experience engineering department and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Set the technical vision and execution strategy in collaboration with business and product stakeholders
• Develop budgets and priorities while coordinating activities with senior leaders and strategic suppliers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of diverse IT experience, with a strong focus on front-end engineering
• Proven experience in managing staff, including hiring and performance evaluation
• Extensive experience with modern architecture and API development
• Strong leadership skills to drive innovation in engineering practices
