Staff Web Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Web Engineer to build and scale a modern, high-performance web platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve a scalable web platform for fast execution and high-quality user experiences
• Lead development of complex web initiatives including product launches and experimentation frameworks
• Establish and maintain technical standards for frontend architecture, performance, accessibility, and SEO

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in building and maintaining modern web applications
• Proven experience at a Staff or Senior+ level, owning architecture and influencing across teams
• Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js)
• Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, SEO, and best practices for large-scale sites
• Experience working with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Sanity, Contentstack)
