Staff Web Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Web Engineer to own and evolve its web presence as a high-performance growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the marketing website stack end-to-end, including architecture, performance, and reliability
• Build fast, scalable, and high-quality interfaces using React and Next.js
• Optimize performance across the site, including Core Web Vitals and SEO

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience building modern web applications with React, TypeScript, and Next.js
• Experience deploying and scaling applications on Vercel or similar platforms
• Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms, preferably Sanity
• Strong understanding of web performance and technical SEO
• Experience owning systems end-to-end from infrastructure through frontend
