Staff Workday Integration Engineer

Job Summary

As a hands-on builder, the full-time remote Staff Workday Integration Engineer will define integration architecture standards, develop complex integrations, and ensure operational reliability for Airbnb's HR technology ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own integration architecture standards and lead architectural decisions for high-risk initiatives
• Architect, design, build, and maintain complex inbound and outbound integrations using Workday tools
• Drive operational excellence across the integration portfolio, including SLAs, monitoring, and compliance controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 12+ years of industry experience in software development or systems integration
• 8+ years of hands-on Workday integration development covering the full lifecycle
• Expert proficiency in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Workday Web Services
• Strong knowledge of data security and compliance practices relevant to HR data flows
