Staffing and Resource Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Staffing and Resource Forecasting Analyst will improve organizational efficiency by analyzing data and processes, creating documentation, and providing insights to business stakeholders during evening shifts from 2 PM to 1 AM, Monday to Friday, with some weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and support decision-making processes
• Evaluate existing operational processes by providing data and analysis to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain and update reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
