Staffing Assistant

Job Summary

Supporting workforce management efforts, the part-time hourly Staffing Assistant will create and coordinate clinical staff schedules for inpatient roles, ensuring timely placement of qualified candidates while working remotely from Missouri or Illinois.

Key responsibilities:

• Creates and publishes staff schedules in accordance with established policies and timelines
• Manages time-off requests and float coverage, approving or denying requests based on availability
• Utilizes automated scheduling technology to enhance efficiency and maintain positive customer satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience
• One year of experience in a scheduling or staffing role
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and data entry
