Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Coordinates and prepares work schedules for nursing units in the Float Pool
Collaborates with House Supervisors and Unit Managers to address staffing needs
Manages timecards and payroll for Float Pool staff

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years applicable experience
Experience in staffing and scheduling within healthcare settings
Ability to work collaboratively with management and staff
Proficiency in reporting and using Excel spreadsheets
Understanding of nursing unit operations and staffing needs
