Job Summary
Providing high-level administrative support, the full-time Staffing Timekeeping Coordinator will manage staffing levels, oversee timekeeping system updates, and ensure compliance with mandatory education and credential data in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and create staff/schedule plans to meet staffing needs based on patient acuity
- Oversee updates to the timekeeping system and track mandatory education and credential data
- Ensure confidentiality of information and deliver excellent customer service to support patient care needs
Required qualifications
- Minimum of four (4) years of clerical, staffing/scheduling, office support, or administrative experience
- Experience in a large, fast-paced healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficiency in data management and timekeeping systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
