Staffing Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a North America Staffing Lead who will oversee staffing and workforce planning for a consulting organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide staffing and resource management activities, aligning consultant capabilities with client demand
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, hiring priorities, and capability development while improving staffing frameworks
• Leverage analytics and reporting to guide decision-making regarding talent investment and resource optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (required)
• 6+ years of experience in staffing, workforce planning, or resource management within a professional services environment
• Experience supporting technical or consulting organizations is strongly preferred
• Proven track record of executing workforce planning initiatives and driving cross-functional collaboration
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with talent management systems
