Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staffing Liaison (Recruiter) to join their Clinical Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and prepare applicants for interviews with families and clients
• Vet candidates to ensure compatibility with company standards and case requirements
• Oversee the recruiting and case-matching process from initial interview to offer acceptance

Qualifications:

• Associate degree required
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting/staffing
• Experience in the Behavioral Health industry and ATS is a plus
• Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
