Staffing Liaison

Job Summary

To support client care, the remote full-time Staffing Liaison will source, screen, and connect top talent with available cases while collaborating with candidates, families, and clinical leadership to ensure effective placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and prepare applicants for interviews with families and clients
• Oversee the recruiting and case-matching process from initial interview to offer acceptance
• Develop and refine scalable matching processes to optimize placements

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree required
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting/staffing
• Experience in the Behavioral Health industry and ATS is a plus
• Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
