Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staffing Recruiter (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and select candidates for automotive maintenance positions using various recruitment strategies
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and manage the applicant tracking system
• Conduct interviews and provide feedback to candidates while ensuring compliance with employment laws

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Four years of experience in recruiting, focusing on exempt and non-exempt roles
• High-volume staffing experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and applicant tracking systems
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
