Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track nurse assignments and ensure compliance with program guidelines
• Oversee new hire onboarding and internal transfers into the program
• Address day-to-day needs of nurses, including scheduling, payroll, and conflict resolution

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with five years of relevant experience, or an associate's degree with three years, or a bachelor's degree with one to two years, or a master's degree in a related field
• At least two years of experience working with travel nurses
• Experience supervising employees is preferred
• Proficiency in managing payroll and program spend management
• Ability to track employee health reminders and ensure compliance
