Job Summary

As a key member of the Global Contingent Workforce team, the full-time Staffing Specialist III will manage full lifecycle recruiting for contingent workforce requisitions, ensuring a quality candidate pool while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with hiring managers and agency vendors to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Execute staffing strategies, manage requisition loads, and oversee the onboarding to offboarding process, including interview and rate negotiation
  • Administer the Vendor Management System and Applicant Tracking System, providing metrics and recommendations based on trends
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in software or technology services organizations
  • Strong researching and sourcing experience with Vendor Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to manage highly confidential information and prioritize workload under pressure
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and a desire to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment
