Staging Center Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing all staging center operations, the full-time remote Staging Center Manager will manage asset receiving, inventory management, device configuration, and logistics coordination while leading a team to ensure efficient preparation and delivery of IT equipment for customer projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily staging center operations, ensuring timely execution of deployment schedules
• Lead and develop staging center personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Maintain accountability for hardware inventory accuracy and oversee device imaging and deployment readiness processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, deployment services, or logistics, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience managing technology deployment or staging center operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and endpoint deployment processes
• Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and inventory control systems
