Job Summary

A company is looking for a Stakeholder Affairs Coordinator (Junior) to provide operational and coordination support for stakeholder affairs activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coordination and operational support for stakeholder affairs and engagement activities
  • Maintain and update stakeholder contact repositories, distribution lists, and engagement trackers
  • Support documentation of stakeholder consultations, meetings, and feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Administration, Sociology, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in stakeholder affairs, communications, outreach, or administrative coordination
  • Experience maintaining contact databases, schedules, or documentation repositories
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Candidate must possess a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust from any federal agency
