Staking Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staking Operations Lead to promote network health and decentralization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the staking ecosystem to enhance network health and decentralization
• Support relationships with the validator community, stakepools, and custodians
• Identify vulnerabilities in decentralization and propose solutions within the Foundation's strategies and the broader community

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of consensus staking on Proof of Stake blockchains
• Technical experience in validator operations
• Familiarity with protocol governance
• Proficiency in using Linux or similar CLI driven operating systems
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash for data analysis
