Job Summary

A company is looking for a Standards & Alignment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Research academic standards and conduct content reviews for alignment and instructional gaps
• Generate documentation to support internal teams and state requirements
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate alignment best practices into curriculum design

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, or academic standards alignment
• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
• Strong understanding of state and national academic standards
• Ability to interpret and break down state standards for content development
• Experience with Microsoft Office and adaptability to new tools
